MorphoGraphX is a cross-platform, open-source application for the visualization and processing of 3D biological datasets. MorphoGraphX encourages the development and sharing of specialized image processing algorithms for research purposes, and uses several open-source tools from the research community: ITK, VVe, CImg, QGLViewer and Qt.
MorphoGraphX was developed with the support of the Swiss National Science Foundation and by the SystemsX.ch RTD project Plant Growth in a Changing Environment.
